Rates And Packages

Wedding Cost
A General Package begins at $300.00 plus the cost of prints, and includes:

• 1 hour Pre-Ceremony
• Ceremony
• 1 hour of the reception 
• A CD with all photos taken and rights to your photos forever
• Editing on 100 photos of your choice (color adjustments, blemish removal, etc).

The Elite Package begins at $500.00 plus the cost of prints and includes:

• Up to 5 hours of Pre-Ceremony Shots 
• Ceremony
• Entire Reception (until bride and groom depart)
• A CD with all photos taken and rights to your photos forever for the bride & groom, bride's parents, and groom's parents
• 12 8x10's or smaller of your choice
• Editing on up to 400 photos of your choice (color adjustments, blemish removal, etc)

When Do You Pay?

• There is a 10% deposit due to reserve your date. This is non-refundable.
• 40% of the cost is due the day of the rehearsal
• The final 50% is due the day you recieve your approved photos.

*If this payment schedule does not work for you, contact me asap and I will do my best to work something out with you.
 **If you do not have the money available the day of the rehearsal, I can accept it no later than the morning of the ceremony. If you do not have it I am not required to shoot your event. I may choose to stay and do so, however that decision will be made at my descretion, and I reserve the right to refuse to photograph. I will not post or edit any photos until this money has been recieved, nor will you recieve your photos until the full cost has been paid.

 ***If you do not have the money available the day you recieve your CD/prints, your photos will not be released to you.

Types of Photography Available
I do both 35mm and digital photography.
I need to know in advance if you want film or digital photography so I can ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly before the day of the event.

 I recommend digital photography because the processing is faster and the editing quality is better, however the quality of film photography is still unmatched, and a mixture of both is possible.

This can be done in person, you can email me, or we can discuss it over the telephone. Developing costs are NOT included in the price of your photography (with the exception of the 12 prints included in the Elite Package), and you will need to pay for your prints upfront. You can choose to recieve your prints in a book or just as prints.
  Engagement Photos
Engagement photos can be done at any time, but should be done no later than 2 months before the wedding. These are a lot of fun. Engagement photos acquaint the bride and groom with their photographer, making them more comfortable on the day of the wedding. This is also a good way for the photographer to get a feel for the style of photos the bride and groom like, and you end up with a whole group of memorable shots of just the bride and groom in plain clothes. The cost for engagement photos is $100 and gives you up to 2 hours of photography anywhere in the Triad, a CD with the rights to all of your prints, and any editing you would like.
 
Other Photography Available
Trash the dress, bridal portraits, family portraits, baby portraits, special events, and pregnancy photography, starting at $30 an hour, a CD with all rights, and editing on up to 100 photos.
